If you’re unsure about your purchase, especially for items like wigs or hairpieces:
- Please refrain from altering bangs, applying styling products (sprays, gels), or making any modifications until you are certain you wish to keep the item. This ensures the item remains in a resalable condition for other customers.
Final Sale Items: Accessories
Please note that due to hygiene reasons and the nature of these items, all accessory items are considered final sale. This means they cannot be returned or exchanged. We appreciate your understanding regarding this policy, which is in place to protect the health and safety of all our customers.
We take hygiene and public safety very seriously. For the well-being of all our clients, we DO NOT ALLOW returns of used items under any circumstances.
Order Cancellation Policy
Life happens, and sometimes you need to cancel an order. We offer a cancellation window:
- Orders can be cancelled within 3 hours of being placed. If you realize you need to cancel, please do so as quickly as possible within this timeframe.
- Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. Shipping processes are initiated rapidly to ensure prompt delivery.
Generous Return Window: 15 Days to Decide
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. That’s why we give you ample time to decide. You have up to 15 days from the date of receipt to determine if you want to return an item. Shipping Costs for Returns

Restocking Fee
To help manage the costs associated with processing returns, a restocking fee of 5% will be applied to returned products.
- This restocking fee is waived for exchange products. If you are exchanging an item for a different one, you will not be charged a restocking fee.
Refund Processing Time
We process refunds promptly once we receive your returned item:
- Please allow 3 to 5 business days for us to process your refund after we receive your return.
- Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may have an additional processing time. It can take an additional 3 to 9 business days for the credit to appear back in your account. These processing times are unfortunately outside of our direct control.
