Downloading and Installing FACT v.3.1
FACT v.3.1 is available as a compressed (.zip) file. It requires Microsoft Access 2000 or higher to function.

- Run the downloaded file to install FACT v.3.1.
For users without Microsoft Access 2000 or higher:
